I can't express how much you helped me and my staff on a tight time frame, move all of our office furniture as well as other items at our request. You were more than fair and reasonable with the sale of our existing furniture and my new office is beautiful. Not only did you tear down and move our existing furniture, set it up at our new location, whch was basically all you were responsible for, you offered to move our entire office of furniture, kitchen appliances, all of our boxes and pictures as well. You made it happen within our tight time frame and not to mention tight budget. You worked with me on every aspect of the project. Also in the 12th hour we came to you to move a large quantity of old and broken computers, monitors, printers and fax machines. You made it happen. After a fire that forced us to exit our building and take up temporary residence in a large empty space near by, we needed to get our 35 agents up and running ASAP. I recently decided to renovate my home office and literally found Sustainable Office Solutions while picking up glass at a business next store to them. I came in to the office at a time that Keith was the only person available. He was very helpful and made me feel like a very important customer even though I was simply talking about a home office. He left a note for JJ to contact me, which he did promptly and I set up a time to meet him at the office. JJ helped to show me the options available and answered all my questions. When I came back to finalize my decision, he helped me by showing computer diagrams with a couple of options that might work. Once I purchased the funiture, everything moved ahead very smoothly from scheduling delivery to installation. The Installation team was very professional in how they delivered, installed and cleaned up after the work was completed. Every individual at Sustainable Office Solutions was very helpful and treated me like a customer settng up a new corporate office. Obviously, I very much enjoyed the entire customer experience with the entire SOS team. And equally important, I love my new furniture! The quality and look is outstanding and I look forward to enjoying it for many years to come!
